mental health needs. A full service professional staff is available Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to
5:30 p.m. to assist in making your visit a comfortable and private experience. You can make an appointment* by

Appointments can be made for psychotherapy or counsultation only.

No appointment can be made for the purpose of: 1) determining short or long term disability, 2)
giving permission to take a leave of absence from (or return to) work, 3) determining
divorce and/or child custody issues, 4) establishing a mental health history for providing testimony
in a law suite, or 5) prescribing of medication.
